Staring on Monday 4th AUGUST at 11am, there will be a Talk and Walk around Arrow Valley Lake.  Suitable for all women, young and old, who want a laugh and chat.

Rubicon Leisure have also kindly given us access to 4 of their weekly exercise classes for FREE.....

Mondays - 7-10pm - Body Combat

Wednesdays - 9.15am - Sh'bam

Wednesdays - 6.15pm - Body Combat

Thursdays - 10:15am - Sh'Bam
